We have net Income losses
after seven years of George W. Bush.
and misplaced priorities. It is best to consider temporal changes in context:

The "new" jobs we have pay less than the old jobs we lost.The only "economic recovery" we have seen is a transfer of funds
from the US treasury. (US taxpayer funds) into transnational
corporate bank accounts. This so-called "jobless recovery" has
nothing to do with jobs or recovery. The good jobs we have lost
are not comparable to the dribble of jobs being created without
benefits or a living wage.
These thugs have bankrupted every state in the union in order to
line the pockets of their sponsors. This is the military-industrial
fascism which Eisenhower warned us about. Other responsible
Republicans, in the Eisenhower tradition, are appalled by George
and the lawless rogues who run him. Those of us who still believe
in laws, freedom, and what this nation stands for...
must form coalitions, educate our fellow citizens and fight back.
Those who would rather not know these facts need to face reality
instead of deluding themselves. It is time to take back our nation.

This is a class war. The corporate elite
and the richest 1% are winning, while most of America loses more
benefits, equity, pensions, health care, and job security each year.
While the middle class loses ground, the poor get poorer, government gets bigger, and the next
several generations are burdened with debt. This cannot stand.
Staying on course in a downward spiral is not rational.
The emperor is naked and the whole world is watching.
