America does not build oil refineries because our government gives
away our oil to
transnational economic cartels with no loyalty to this country.
They, like the Bush family, are "internationalists."
A further reason oil companies are not building refineries in
America is because the Bush Administration rewards building
overseas. This administration has not hidden
their agenda for exporting jobs. They continue to invest
elsewhere.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Reliance Petroleum Ltd. (RPL) of
India will build a $6 billion state-of-the-art oil refinery and
petrochemical complex in Jamnagar Gujarat, India, using U.S. equipment,
technology and services financed by a $500 million loan guarantee from
the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank).
