    Intro of program- Welcome to Monday Night Labor Radio!
  Kevin Card,  of the National Association of Letter Carriers, normally hosts this discussion, but Kevin is working on a project. (The Secretary of States national organization is meeting in Portland...and Kevin is trying to convince them of expanding our Oregon vote by mail system to include the whole nation.)
  Discussion Points:   Tonight we will talk about progress in the last Oregon legislative session, some disappointments, and what we hope to accomplish in the new session.
