from health insurance payments is going to be kept by the OSBA! 
What can we do about it?

Some good news!  While the PCC Bond issue may still have some problems The Faculty and Academic Professionals' Federation:  AFT/AFL-CIO/Local 2277 has decided to back the bond based on a written agreement from the administration that the Full-Time/Part-Time Ratio (Currently nearly 70% of teachers at PCC are part-timers) will not be further compromised when staffing the facilities funded by this bond.
